No, I don't mean a vision or a goal or a dream. We have all got those or we wouldn't have joined WA. This is something a lot more practical and we all need one if we want to be successful online. Getting one of this will help eliminate that overwhelming feeling when you wake up and can't decide what you should do to get some more clicks or referrals or sales.

It's called a DMO - Daily Method of Operation - - and it is what will clear the confusion and overwhelm you may be feeling and the good news is that it so simple that anyone can do it. If you are not sure how to set one up, let me give you a few tips.

  • Get a timer or use the one on your mobile phone
  • Decide how much time you want to spend each day on your business
  • Divide that time into 6 equal parts. So for example if you are going to spend 3 hours per day that would be 30 minutes per task.
  1. Follow a WA training
  2. Create a blog or a video or a livestream
  3. Post it to all your social media sites and relevant groups
  4. Offer and request feedback and comments
  5. Engage with other WA members and answer some questions
  6. Teach a training that you have learned

This is just a basic guide - you can change it around and perhaps add extra time for exercise, affirmations etc.

There is one rule which you must not change and that is being consistent. You need to make it a daily habit to be effective.

That's exactly what I've started doing this year. Having a daily set of tasks has helped to keep me focused on what needs to get what I should be working on each day. I should've been doing this a lot sooner, but better late than never.

great advice but I always go over the time I want to spend
something always pops up that wasn't expected and needs to be addressed or fixed
the writing and editing takes longer than expected
and then there' s the emails to contend with
