Is there a way to know which of my referrals purchased a domain
Just something I would like to know and If I knew I might send some sort of encouragement to get started with their new online business. would that be appropriate like we encourage them to fill out their profile, etc. Just a thought.

Personally Frances, if you had referred me and if it were possible that you knew my every move, it would creep me out and I would most likely leave. Yes, seriously.
Knowing where my referrals come from are one thing but discovering their every move would not be necessary for me.
You could easily use specific links to help you discover where your referrals are coming from: Littlemama's Road To Vegas Training Series - Supplemental - How To Use Tracking IDs ...but you said you wanted to know when your referrals purchase a domain name.
Personally, I do not feel that depth of information is necessary, nor acceptable... but that could be just me.

Honestly, I agree with Triblu's answer below. I wouldn't want to feel like someone that referred me was following everything I do.
Plus, the desire to be successful here has to come from within the person themselves. No amount of pushing on your part will cause someone to find success here if they can't do it on their own.
There is plenty of training, advice and encouragement within this community that everyone can freely participate in without being pushed there.

I transferred my domain Sunday and created a website on WA with it. It shows in my list of websites but when I try to log on I get a hostgator error page. I have to go to chro
I just discovered if I turn off SSL I can login perfectly but when I turn SSL back on I Can't login

Why can't I log onto my newly transferred domain from wa?

Thanks for help. Problem solved. I called hostgator. They were giving me wrong code. When they gave me the correct code the transfer went right through without a hitch.
How long has it been? If it's been over a day I would open up a ticket with site support for some assistance.

Yep, it is propagating (transferring) - it most cases it takes just a few hours, but it can take up to 24 hours.
Does this mean domain transfer is being done?

Check with PayPal or your credit card. I've had two transfers that failed and the refunds were automatic. I tried again and the transfers went through.
Thank you Marion. I hadn't thought of that. Another question. On hostgator you can have unlimited sites but one site is the PRIMARY DOMAIN and the others are sub-domains. It is a sub-domain I am wanting to transfer . Would this be done differently?
At HostGator you have a "primary domain" and the others are "add on domains". Subdomains are minor websites attached to a domain name Subdomain on Your Own Dot Com Website You can't transfer the registration of a subdomain because its part of the original domain name.

sometimes just click login>>>>then click reset password>>>>>then login works for me . Just resetting the password might do the trick for you
