DEVELOPING STRONG MINDS AND BODIES.

Building health at Wealthy Affiliate is just as important as taking care of our own health! We eat from the four essential food groups to improve our overall balance.

  • The milk group
  • The meat group
  • The fruits and vegetables group
  • The breads and cereals group

HEALTH ON THE WEB.

Within our "body" at Wealthy Affiliate, we survive on the four main web groups:

  • The products and services group
  • The visitors group
  • The traffic group
  • The conversion group

Developing strong minds and bodies is an essential part of our life. With these two things in place and prospering, happiness and success will follow.

What are you eating and working on?

Erin :)!

Great analogy, Erin. A bit overwhelmed at the moment. Too many irons in the fire at once! I'm working on getting my house ready to sell, doing my taxes, and procrastinating about finishing the post I started weeks ago. Just too many demands and not enough time or energy! Need to get off my butt and finish that post so I can move on to the next lesson. Anyone got a cattle prod to help me get off this procrastination station?

OMGoodness, Carol! Wow! Slow down, girl--you're making ME tired! One step at a time. Like the cattle prod remark! haha

I am working on the social media and still don't know how to pin a page from my website to Pinterest. I am working on Twitter still can't find the circles to get WA followers got some followers from WA. And for Facebook and don't know what to do for that at all still working on an idea for that as well. And I am coming up with ideas for the third website. Working on the second website but I am not sure if I can do it or not. It is a Christian website I don't want to get into trouble so I haven't work on it steady yet.

Mary

First of all, Mary, there is a Pinterest plugin that you can download on WordPress. People can pin your photos from your site to Pinterest. The logo shows up on all your pictures! I use it on one of my sites.

As for Twitter, just keep posting your site name there with a blurb.

Facebook has groups related to your niche you can join and post your link on. The more groups you join, the more activity you will gain.

You can create a Christian site. WA just does not want us to do religious posts in the community.

Hope that helps! xoxo

Thank you that does help I really appreciate that so much.

Mary

Happy to help you, my dear!

I hear ya, Lauren! xoxo

Sanders

Great response, Sanders! haha

Great insight and way of looking at it. Thanks for sharing. Currently working on gaining traffic. Eating balanced meals and making sure I get in some fitness everyday.

Have an awesome day / evening.

Yvette

Great game plan, Yvette! I exercise daily, too. Gotta get some in with all the web work!

Thanks and I totally agree!

:)!

I don't eat meat, that would be for me the egg and soya group;)
At the moment I work on posts and comments, that takes up most of my time.

I didn't think of that, Loes. Funny, those are the groups they taught in school. So much has changed since then! I've been working a lot on posts and comments, too.

Thanks for sharing Erin :)

You're quite welcome, my dear!
