If you build it, they will come.

IS IT WORTH THE END RESULT?---ABSOLUTELY!
The Movie "Field of Dreams" was one of my very favorites. It centered around the idea that no matter how crazy and out-of-reach something seemed, it was worth putting your passion into it. Striving to make things happen is a long road that is totally worth the end result!
"IS THIS HEAVEN? NO, IT'S IOWA."
In the movie, an Iowa corn farmer, Ray Kinsella (Kevin Costner) was hearing voices and interprets them to be a command. This command was telling him to build a baseball diamond in the middle of his cornfields---and when he does, the 1919 Chicago White Sox would come to play.
GO WITH YOUR INSTINCT.
Yes, he had a vision. His love and passion for baseball made it come true. It's pretty much as simple as that. He put all his time and effort into what he believed in---building a baseball field in IOWA---in the middle of a cornfield.
Yes, it seems totally crazy and people thought down on him. He put every dime he had to build it because because of that strong voice whispering...
"If you build it, they will come."
Along his journey, he heard more voices directing him what to do next. He almost lost his farm building it, but did it anyway..and all the past players came out of the cornfield to play. In the end, people came from miles and miles to see the great and magical baseball field.
Are you building your baseball field today? Are hearing that strong voice inside directing you? Are you thinking it sounds crazy and out-of-reach? Is it worth putting your passion into it? Do you believe in it enough to see it through?
"If you build it, they will come."
