This post is a follow-up and the conclusion of my story...
NO GAS, NO HOT WATER, BUT SMILING!
Last I left you, our gas had been turned off, as well as the hot water heater. Needless to say, it was interesting getting ready for church with ice water! I had one long brain freeze for quite a while when I washed my hair!
FINDING FAVOR---AGAIN.
We got to church and immediately began to feel that awesome feeling as we do each week when stepping into the sanctuary--a humble atonement. After the service, Tony asked around in search of an expert plumber who was licensed in repairing leaky gas pipes. The first friend he spoke to referred us to the church's plumber and immediately gave us his number. Tony called him when we got home and he said he'd be right over, and would be happy to help, since we were part of the church community.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Now, mind you, it was a Sunday emergency call, and normally, the going rate is at least $400 to come on the weekend and then labor on top of that!
THE PLUMBER.
Well, once again (of course) we found favor. He was at my home within the hour and 2 hours later, we had a new pipe and all the pipes were secure! He ran a test of all our pipes!
The best part is that he took 50% off the bill and charged only $265 for the visit, parts and labor!---a small price for the entire situation!
THE GAS MAN.
When he left, a guy from the gas company came and turned the gas back on and double- secured everything. Plus, he scheduled me to have a brand new hot water heater installed tomorrow! (no charge!)
BLESSINGS! ---> INDEED!
WORRIES? ---> NEVER!
Always be thankful, even through the storm, as there's always a rainbow to follow!

I've been trying to do a little shopping on line with google books on computer programming and and one on building websites. I plan on being here for a long time so it would be best for me to start learning my way around the computer so I can put 100% in without the frustrations. It will make my time here more enjoyable and my days a lot more smoother. I will talk to you later Erin. And thank you again for sharing your story.

I deleted that grammar app last night and when I did, I deleted my 2cnd keyboard not knowing that it belonged here on my phone. So I had to get another keyboard app andvoh my gosh it's a pain. They make everything so complicated now a days,
but in this case it's really me because I'm so far behind in today's technology , lol.
Things are getting more complicated as technology advances. We just have to keep up with the times as we are, especially in THIS business! All the best to you!
