Find High Ranking Keywords
DID YOU KNOW THAT I USED JAAXY FOR THIS BLOG TITLE?
It's true! Before I do ANYTHING here, I go to my Jaaxy Dashboard! In order to FIND HIGH RANKING KEYWORDS, you must first do some research. There are so many descriptive words that people search. To have your community blog posts rank up in the top searches, select great words to use for your title. Then, use those same words in your post, as I have above (in caps & bolded).
ADVANTAGES.
When blogs rank well here, people will click on them. Each one that does is a potential referral. If they join, we get the credit. It's a great way to prospect!
You can even click the "affiliate" link at the top of each community blog post (whether it's yours or someone else's) and copy and paste it to share anywhere. That will draw people here and you will get the credit, even if you share someone else's blog post!
Plus, it wouldn't hurt to use your title keywords in your tags (below), too! This will give them that extra boost to becoming noticed! (I tagged FIND HIGH RANKING KEYWORDS).

GETTING AWESOME IDEAS FROM JAAXY.
Even before I choose what I'm going to write about, I go to Jaaxy and begin typing all kinds of topics that rank high. I do this on my website pages, also. I find great keywords & keyword phrases, and then center them around my content rather than vice versa!
It's kind of like Reverse Psychology, which totally works on approach---to encourage the subject (in this case, a visitor) to be persuaded to click on your link by dangling interesting ideas or words in front of them.

CREATE A RUNNING LIST OF BLOG TOPICS.
When you first find out all the different words and phrases that rank high at random, you will have lists of great blog topics! Keep a log of them and you'll always have something interesting to write about that may just draw some great buyers! --- Instead of pondering over what to write about with nothing whatsoever in mind, as in the picture below!
ANOTHER CLEVER TWIST.
If you want, you can find related words centered around your subject that rank before you begin to write. OR, you can have the high ranking words choose your subject for you!
So, if you want your website and blog content to get noticed, I suggest that you use Jaaxy everytime you log into your WA account. It is a priceless tool that will bring you much happiness!

I generally try to find a good keyword to use in my title and first paragraph. Then write the rest of the article naturally (like Kyle suggests). Is this still good practice?
Should I be searching for keywords to place in the article also? I figured all my content is keywords anyway.

I think that is a wonderful idea and a different approach for many.
It is also a great way if you are struggling to think about what to write but looking into words first especially when they are centered around your niche can be a better solution than to get that Brain freeze which for many leads to slowing down or even giving up.
Also I agree with Jaaxy being a fantastic tool and the power it has is unrated for many.

You're quite welcome, Andre! Even as an author, I never really understood the meaning of writer's block. To me, there's simply no such thing! I've always been one to look up meanings of words constantly.---Words can always spiral into so many different directions to think about. If one cannot seem to think of a subject, just open the dictionary!
