I read somewhere that .net does not rank as well is that true? I am a beginner and I do not want to condemn myself before I begin, should I purchase a new domain.

It all depends on your content, what you put in, how original your content is (your articles on posts/pages). dotnet is short for network while dotcom is commercial. dotcom is the popular pick but it's up to you what you prefer. And if it's for charity, people go for dotorg (organization).

Happy to inform you that I have bought a new domain name at Namecheap and has already finish transferring it to WA. Please, will I have to install it manually or I should allow it to install automatically? Please, how do I login? How can I create content that will be suitable for my new site? Please, how do I get good ranking in Google, probably, land on the first page so that I can get good traffic that will really convert into sales?
Ok copy and paste the domain name in website/hosting my domain name and then click on create website follow all of training to a tee and do not stray from it and you will be ok. Also we will be here to help if needed.
