The theory is the same as any other linking process.
Put that in a folder downloads (public_html/blog/downloads) so just put a link in your post to http://yourdomain.com/blog/download/myfile.zip
If you want to use a file that you've already uploaded, then go to
Manage->Uploads
Click on the upload, copy, and paste the URL into the post where you offer the link.
I finally have the big picture and am working on my first REAL campaign.
I have the right product, the right PLRs for free giveaways, even a PLR for an OTO.....
I'm stuck
It is a coding issue.

I would love to just find a "How To" if you know of one.
I was a WA member for about 18 months and gave up for a while. Just realized I had all the components for a PPC campaign 2 weeks ago and have been trying ever since to get everything in place before I start advertising Google.
Joined WA in desperation to find an answer......and can't find a match in any of the training material to resolve my need....
so do I assume that you have used kompozer to create the squeeze page -- it sounds to me like a coding issue
the button is an image, so make sure the path to the uploaded image is correct -- check that first -- may solve your issue
