I agree with Drjec. I think the best thing to do is create a new page for “Privacy Policy” and alter that delete the post.

There's a plugin for that called Post Type Switcher. When you've finished using it you can deactivate it and delete it.

The simplest thing is to start go to pages>newpage and start a privacy page. Then copy the material in your post and paste it into the new page. If you want to delete the post, go to the site manager and delete it.
