To my profile on WA
Hi Helen, the only way I know how to do this would be to copy the blog content from word press then paste it in to a blog post on here. Hope that helps. Mark.

You can't copy it in text form. That would be considered duplicate content. Re-Type something similar.
But you can copy the link to the blog and then paste the link under "Manage My Sites"

I have hid header image but cannot find how the hid the other. I realise now I should have deleted the home page first. Web is essentialoilsensations.com. Help appreciated

If you need more help with making changes to your theme, I suggest you submit a support ticket to the Catch Themes. They should be able to give you the support answers for your particular theme. :)
In your Worpress Dashboard, click on Appearance, then Header, then Hide Image. If you want to actually delete the image click on Media in your Dashboard on the left, click the image you want to delete, then click "delete permanently" on the right side.
