Praise to WA support!
I am here now for 20 days and have contacted support several times and I got answers and fixes within an hour, often less.
Now listen to my odysee which so far has cost me about 6 hours in the last 2 days.
My VA . who after the fact disappeared - has transported most of my website from my German server to Bluehost, mainly because in Germany there was no way for her to talk with support in English - and so many problems with my site took ages to be resolved (or weren't)
Now I get a letter from Bluehost about "internal server migration" and all my transferred sites were not reachable. So i spent a long time opn chat with Bluehost 2 days ago. They told me, I wouldn't have to do anything and the sites would be up again in 5 hours (from then)
After a day, the sites weren't up yet and again wait for the chat, begin from scratch with presenting the problem etc. Conclusion: I have to enter a different IP address in the A-record (What the heck is that?)
Ok, I wnet to my German hosting where the domains were bought, found the A-record thing (after reading tutorials etc.) put the numbers in /actually, I had 2 numbers from Bluehost, but here was only space foe one. Mhmm, strange...)
No sites come up and I write to the German support. The answer arrives after one day: The "namesserver" (never heard before) cannot be changed, so I have to create a subdomain, insert there the Bluehost address in DNS management (again a chinese word for me) and then redirect the doman to the subdomain.
Other tutorials to read, trying to understand, no indication how to direct the domain to its subdomain, so I just sent it to the address of the subdomain. Will it work?
NOPE
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /.
So, after more than 2 days my websites cannot be reached. It is Friday afternoon, before Monday or Tuesday nothing will be resolved, people go into their weekend, I suppose. And at least one day I always have to wait for an answer.
The long letter short:
A BIG THANK YOU TO THE WA SUPPORT who treats us in a different manner. Are you aware of that?

Oh yea ... there is nothing close to the functionality and convenience of our SiteRubix portal, and that includes incredibly quick and insightful Tech Support.
I don't understand why any member would host their websites anywhere but here at WA. And the best part ... the SiteRubix portal just keeps getting better and better.
The most recent example (which is HUGE) is Carson's recent announcement of SSL Secure Certificates to be installed on websites hosted here at WA. This is a big deal, but to make it an ever BIGGER deal and to continue to put the SiteRubix offering into a new league, we're making SSL completely free...Yes FREE. SSL Secure Certificates Coming to WA - And they are FREE! As Kyle stated, "... FREE SSL for everyone. As the Internet moves closer to an “encrypted” world and Google now is starting to rank sites better that have SSL (ie, https: vs http:), this is something that you are going to need. Most companies charge $20-50 per site, per year for an SSL certificate whereas these are going to be completely free here at WA."
I fully agree with you. In most ways it is the very best solution.
The only 2 reason why I thought it might be better to bring my sites away again are: Problems with posting/crawling the sites on Flipboard, Medium and similar posting sites (this is not only my experience, but also of other members - and support hasn't resolved it yet),
and the possibility of being completely blocked if somebody reports you for spam. Then you cannot access support anymore and if something happens to your website until you are unblocked again, then you have no way to get it fixed.
The support here is amazing! I contacted them twice about some issue with my webmail and the other about my website, they replied in less than 5 minutes and they solved my problem!
Yes, I have contacted them so many times as I am bringing several websites over to WA and almost always there are complications. They are really very helpful, quick and friendly.
We care about you and our goal as we move forward is to help you in the most efficient and specific way that we can with any issues related to your business. That is what we built WA off and how we will continue to operate.
You are not our customer, you are a member of our community, you are one of us. We know how tough it is to get the support and help you need within the online world these days (lucky to get a response in 2-3 days in most cases) and we truly want to be different in a good way!
My experience here was "within one day" and not "within an hour", but that's still better compared to what I got with Hostgator and GVO.
