When I had the free account, Jaaxy worked fine. I went to upgrade before the free trial period was over, and it screwed up. I waited a few days and tried the upgrade again, and it took, I have not had a problem since...good luck,good life.

Thanks everyone! I'll open a support ticket for this. Does anyone know if the keyword tool in WA can be used instead? I still haven't figured out how to use it effectively. Do you know of a good tutorial?
Yes I have not been able to use it since I opened a free account, kyle fixed it for me but it worked one day only since then can't log in again I have had to use other keyword searches.
As I have seen in my case, when it was free for me, it only counted when I searched for a keyword. For that matter if you search the same keyword many times, it will count many times. Every time it is unique. But if it counts even without searching, then there must be something wrong. In that case you may talk to support.
That happened to me as well! You have to clear the old keywords out of the search tab or it will continue to do that! Once you found the keywords you want to keep, just save them. Just remember to clear the old ones or you will waste all of your free searches. I lost about 7 free searches before figuring it out!
I admit I am not very sure of my facts, but I seem to recall the allowable free usage is coupled to keyword, not search sessions
So, if in one session you research 5 keywords, then that is 5 gone, not just 1.
If I'm wrong, sorry for my mistake.

That is strange. I just logged into my account (I have done 2 searches) and it is still showing as me having only done 2 searches. You may need to contact support. Sorry I can't be of more help.
I'm seeing the same and with a big box promoting upgrade, you only see a few words. Not really impressed with this.
Exactly the problem that I had. Apparently they have changed the capabilities of the initial free/try-out version since the original certification video was made. I passed.
it's their way of getting you off of the free tries, so you are faced with joining at the membership rate....further, they block the QSR
metric as an additional attempt to get you to buy a paid subscription..
real unfair practices, if you ask me...

Have you tried closing the Jaaxy search tabs before you log out? Please see the picture below.
If this is not working then you will need to do a support ticket as there may be a technical fault.
If these windows are open when you log back in then Jaaxy will search them again for the latest information.

That option is no longer available. If you go into site rubix, then manager, then click on log in now, you see a list of users (1 or more). You see the password, you can reset (the password) or you can log in now as that user. Carson explained somewhere that this solution is more secure than the earlier solution.
I think this is part of the new security feature they implemented on site rubix sites to prevent brute force login attempts: Websites at WA Even More Powerful and Secure than Ever!

At the bottom of my blogs are comments are various people. Pay close attention to the comments by Gordon Appleby (Gappleby). He is a true expert on all things marketing. Mailchimp is free for the first 500 signups I think but if you go to a different paid responder later you will not be able to transfer all of your signups.
