Are You Having Difficulty Getting Blog Posts Indexed?
Why My Posts Are Not Being Indexed In Google
After writing 118 blog post in just over six months with Wealthy Affiliate I was and still am puzzled to see only 49 of my posts have been indexed in Google. That seems to be extremely low compared to what I see from other members so I started to search for reason why that continues to happen.
My posts are all in the 1,300 to 1,600 word range so I don't think they are short although I may be totally incorrect in my line of thinking. They also seem to be quite relevant but obviously Google doesn't doesn't share my thoughts on that issue.
Digging a bit deepergoing back a few months, I should have learned this from my earlier Wealthy Affiliate lesson. It appears that the bulk of my indexed posts are either How to or Reviews that have been indexed very quickly while other topics have taken considerably longer to get indexed if at all.
Additionally I have found that blog posts written in the first person seem to be indexed a bit faster but not always. Being very conversational also seemed to help somewhat in getting indexed a bit more quickly. Obviously I need to improve my writing ability to increase the number of posts Google will index. Time to do some lesson reviews.

Well, I think so, given the number of posts you have written, Rick and they will get indexed eventually!

Hi RIchard, are you signed up with Webmaster Tools? It's a program made by Google to help you connect with that site to show you it's progress.
If you are, then you can basically have Google sweep your site for content and index any unindexed content.
You can do that by submitting a sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools or doing a manual inspection of any unindexed URLs.
Hi Richard, thank you for your share. For the past month or more Google has been in the process of updating their indexing algorithms or something to that effect. I personally have seven articles waiting to be indexed. What used to take a day to a week is now taking over a month.
Best wishes,
Michael

You have some good finding, why not indexing. You can test every article with a few Google test. https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly

You can try updating the content to improve it if you receive any error on-page that is not indexed.
That is the way I used to find out why not index. I believed there are many factors like some of your findings. Google has the authority to finalize.
I'll try those links, Thank you very much
Rick
All the best to you.
Thank you Stephen
