For ex, If I hav a product idea that would consist of using another product. What would be the best way to do that.

I have a idea on a product. Through affiliate market

Good idea! There is a lot of program to teach you how to create and market your own product. You can learn them from JVzoo, Clickbank or Warrior plus.

Great, Thanks so much! I will look into that now.

For some reason I never seen my reminders or anything and when I realized i lost my domain it was to late. However, I had lots of content on it that I would love to retrieve. I

Hey Deanna,

Depending on how old your website was, you MIGHT be able to retrieve all of your content from the Way Back Machine... the Internet Archive.

Google searching "was my website saved in the waybackmachine" (without the quotation marks, of course) should bring you to the archive dot org slash web. Then all you do is enter your website's URL and see if they captured a copy of your website.

If they did... get that information copied and pasted quickly so you will have it!

Hope this helps you.

Thank you I will try that now. I am currently in contact with site support so hopefully they will be able to help also

Ooh... I thought you were said it was on Namecheap. Sorry.

Don't confuse hosting with domain naming. It's the integrity of information after hosting period that matters!

A silly question - can't you just renew the domain name now? Or has someone else taken it?

Bear in mind that the domain is just like a sign-post that points visitors to that domain to the actual server (computer) that your website files are on.

All your content should still be on your hosting platform, even if you can access it via the domain. You should still be able to log in to it using an IP address... unless your host account was deleted.

A little background to help you to understand (apologies if you already know this):

* Every web-server has a unique IP address
* The web-site files (e.g. Wordpress, your theme, your images etc) are stored on the web-server. The database is usually on there too. This storage service is called 'hosting'.
* Because people don't know your IP address, they use a domain name that is converted to the IP address in their browser.
* The browser then retrieves the files using that IP address

I hope that helps (and that your hosting account is still there).

Great info because I didn't know..lol But i have tried to just get it back but Name Cheap said that I would have to wait until it goes into something (They called it a name but i don't remember what it was. And to get it back then it would cost more than I am willing to pay.

Oh, okay. Well, if it's Namecheap you'll be talking about their 'redemption' period where they try to milk you for forgetting to renew.

https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9916/2207/tlds-grace-periods

It's possible you'll be able to re-register it after the redemption stage, assuming some squatter-bot doesn't snap it up. :(

But the good new is - none of that should stop you retrieving your files from your hosting (assuming Namecheap don't provide hosting)

Private message Kyle or Carson. They are the only ones who can sort this for you. Wishing you good luck with this.
With Grace and Gratitude
Karen

For ex, I have a website that is about online marketing but I want to change up and narrow my market. So would I be able to do this successfully?

Just don't narrow it too much or or writing will be limited.

Tried and True

Elaine

Possible. Just write your posts and target the new audiences from now onward. (if I understand you correctly).

:)
Joe

yes thank you so much. You understood perfectly.

I think you can narrow the niche but make sure you have enough opportunities for the content development.

Thanks so much

Who is your ideal reader right now? and what do you want to change it to instead?

Well I don't guess i have never really targeted a specific. I just have been writing for the general. I am now working on learning more about specifying my target market to college students

This seems like a great tool to help . I think it could benefit me alot just based on most of the tools in it. If you have used it, is it good? Should i avoid it?

Kim is offering you good advice plus a link to back it up.

There is content on here about sharaholics. I have not personally used it but this training guide is one thing to read. You can find more info from members by searching for sharaholics in the search bar above.

Hers is another read about why to avoid it.

Thanks a bunch :)

I have not used it, but in doing a cursory review of the site, I would sign up for a free account and 'test drive' it. See how the free account performs and then see about upgrading.

Thank you.
