Apart from changing from http to https you may find some posts are ok while others may not be.
This is a great site to check out I got this from Jay ages ago shortly after we went to https it will help you find out which page or post is not working.

I mean upper case or lower case alphabetic letter .
You can do it either way when typing. I use lower case when typing basic sentences. And upper case when typing out a bold statement.

So main words in capitals and others (such as and, or, if etc) in lower case.

So I'm not sure how far along in the training you are. I looked at this post: http://pbajwa.com/outerwear-for-children/
So the keywords are Outerwear For Children. That's a great keyword phrase btw.
You're content structure need to be in smaller chunks. Make sure you have the keywords within the first and last 156 characters of the post and as one of your Headers. Preferably your first.
You see, we're trying to rank low competition phrases within our niche, so by structuring your keywords so that they are in the URL, Post Title/Description, in a Header, and then naturally within the content so Google and other search engines will categorize and rank our content.
Here's a webinar that is a bit older but will still cover the basic white hat SEO info. SEO Checklist CheatSheet Other than that, keep up with the training. It looks like your site is coming together nicely.
