As Abie said…it’s what is the recommended rate at which we should be publishing our article posts. I try to stay at about 2-3 articles a week, other do double that.

The biggest thing is consistency!

Thank you so much for your thorough response! This community is the best..

Yes it is…and your very welcome!

Hi - I have no idea how it works, and it doesn't mean anything anyway.

It's just a metric invented by WA simply to encourage people to publish more.

I've never looked at it like that, but your response definitely makes a lot of sense. I guess my OCD makes me worry about the things that don't matter lol. Thank you so much for your response.

The recommendation to keep updating blog 2 - 3 posts a week and that's for the foreseeable future.

I would not worry about percentages in site content.

Yes Sir!!

No worries :)

Thank you so much for your response. I guess I'll just start posting three every Tuesday instead. Do you think I should start doing that or keep doing what I've been doing?

Once your site starts to gain a better ranking within the search engines, (from having a very poor ranking at first), is it like an overnight thing where you start getting let'

Great answers here, I hope you're figured out. And if you need something else kindly let us know.

You guys sure did. Thank you so much!

Hi - your website is 6 years old, with 264 posts but you are not yet seeing any ranking?

Typically, a post reaches its final ranking position 8 months to a year after being published.

If you have any posts over a year old, that have not yet been ranked highly, then realistically they are not going to achieve high ranking.

If this is the case, you need to examine these posts to find out what the problem is, and whether you would actually be better to rewrite them, or even delete them.

Hey thanks for responding to my question. Well I'm pretty sure I have some sort of ranking for my website because I do earn revenue almost every single day and I have almost 220 non-premium affiliates signed up with wealthy affiliate (not including the affiliates I brought in to other programs).

And I wasn't posting on a consistent schedule during those 6 years. That's where I messed up at! Some weeks I would post and others I wouldn't. On multiple occasions I went months without posting (at least two). So I made a vow to myself that I would post two articles every single week for 3 months and see what happens. Now I am on my 7th week posting to articles and I still haven't seen any spike in anything, which is why I asked how will you know when you start to rank more and more and more and what will it look like as far as your traffic increasing.

Well, it's good that you are now being more consistent, but as I said, it can take 8 months for a post to be ranked.

So, you probably won't see the benefit of what you are doing currently until next year.

Are you not using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track your traffic and ranking?

Wow 8 months! Well I guess that's good to know, now lol. And yes I am using Google analytics and Google search console. I just thought that I could get some extra reassurance from people who might have already experience awesome rankings within the search engines, that are also doing what I'm doing. You know it's nothing like hearing someone's personal experiences, especially when they're already successful with what you are trying to accomplish. And for the record, I thought that it's supposed to take 2 to 3 months of consistent posting, before your website starts to get a really good ranking within the search engines and your post within the site begins to rank better? Or at least that's what I thought Kyle said? Is this pertaining to your site as a whole, or just pertaining to each post individually? Which time period (3 months vs. 8 months) applies to what, if you know what I mean? I seriously hope I'm not confusing you 😵‍💫😂...

There is no specific time frame as to when Google starts to pay attention to your website, but as most sites are abandoned within the first 3 months, then continuing beyond that point shows that you are in it for the long term.

So, Google may then start looking at your earliest posts and begin to compare them to your rivals.

But your rankings will continually fluctuate between 3 and 8 months until Google finds a position it feels is appropriate.

So, you could see high rankings initially until it settles down.

You can use Google Search Console to see what keywords you are ranking for and what position they are in.

Wow, thank you so much ma'am for the valuable information! You have definitely put a lot of ease on my stress when it comes to the rankings of my website. Lord knows I needed to read this!

Ranking brings traffic and traffic is organic. As an example, a coffee shop can open and be slow on one day, then start to gain word of mouth, the have more and more people trickle in, then have a really slow random day, then be massively busy the next...

It's all about creating more and more articles which are like hooks. The more hooks, the more potential fish you can catch :)

Yeah, but I think you're also misunderstanding my question. I know all about posting, especially when it pertains to posting consistently. Maybe I should have asked, when you started to receive your "ranked" traffic, how many extra visits per day did you start to get before you really started to notice that you was ranking better for your website?

Sorry about that first message. It was actually intended for the first person that commented on this question..

I think you misunderstood my response :) Probably my fault.

Just like any brick and mortar business, traffic is ORGANIC. So one day an article may be super busy, increasing in visitors drastically, and then on another it may be slow, with hardly any visitors at all. There's no approximate number of visits your site grows by. Even if you rank #1 there's no guarantee people click, know what I mean? It's all organic.

So, the more articles you create and publish, the more potential hooks you have in the water, which can increase your overall traffic by volume.

All you can do is continue to put out content that ranks. That's the name of the game. Bring value to your audience. Control what you can control :)

The first message I sent you was not for you. Again, I apologize for that..

Thank you so much for taking your time to respond to my question! I really appreciate it.

Absolutely man! Best of luck to you!

That's difficult to answer due to many variables, like what your niche is, how competitive it is, successful keyword research... etc.
You'll find that some articles will rank, whereas others don't. It's truly just a wait-and-see effect, but the more consistent you are with content creation, the faster it will come.
Look for those long-tail keywords that have decent views but low competition, as that's what really helps.
Hope this helps,
Suzanne

I think you misunderstood my question. I'm not worried about whether my site is going to rank or not because I know it will. Especially with 264 post. Problem is, I just started posting two articles per week for the past 7 weeks, which I've never done in all of my 6 years of having this website. So, I just needed to know, once your site starts to rank and your visitors per day start to increase, how many per day will it increase by approximately, so I can know for sure that I'm starting to rank better?

Again, it's difficult to say as traffic is organic if you're relying on free traffic. There's really no precise formula to follow.
What I can say is that being consistent will definitely help. That, and using great keywords.
Also, track your results in Google Analytics, so you'll know which of your posts are getting the most traffic. Then you'll know what your audience is looking for.
Cheers

I brought in 67 affiliates, but non of them upgraded to premium. 10 of them did atleast decide to set thier accounts. Does anyone else have a personal example where they brough

Hey Hassan,

It all depends on the quality of content that we provide as to how many people click on our links and reads through the post... and then signs up.

Then there is the time of year... which country your viewers are coming from, etc...

I doubt very much that there is a "set in stone" number that can be provided to you.

Hope you find this helpful.

How many sign ups does it take to get 1 premium?

I signed up a total of 65 standard affiliates, but didn't bring in any premium affiliates. I thought you were supposed to get 1 premium WA affiliate out of every 8 affiliates s

It is an average that is maintained, some will get 1-2 and some 1-60 and everything in between. 65 and no premium is on the low side, then you have to ask yourself where they come from and how you advertise.

I get organic traffic from google, yahoo, and bing, to my (100 page) website! At least 400 visitors a week. I thought that was the best way to advertise! Or am I wrong?

Yes, organic is good, do people find here what they expect?

By the way, do you have your automatic welcomes messages to new referrals activated?

I don't now how to respond to that question. If it's good, it's good. Not trying to be smart..

And i believe I do have that activated. Kyle sends all of my referrals at least 6 welcome messages.

If that's what your talking about?

No, I mean your own messages. You can welcome them automatically yourself, that makes it a bit more personal, and you have the chance that they are motivated more to go for the premium account

Oh cool! I didn't know that. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Will be checking it out shortly. Normally I just send them a personalized welcome message manually. Didn't know we had it like that lol. Thanks again for the recommendations

I hope it will convert better for you, my average is 1/28, so I have work to do too to get to the average of 1/8

O'wow! That's still good work. I have to get to 1/28. Thanks again for your advice.

Anytime Hassan

How can I add a earning disclaimer to my website?

A generic disclaimer should be one of the first things you do when setting up your site through either set of training - it's in the affiliate /disclosure document. Because some places e.g Amazon have strict rules I also add a comment into the beginning of some of my posts and have also added a text widget to my right hand side sidebar. If you PM me I'll send you a link to my site so you can see what I mean.

The key is to be clear and transparent and keep the disclaimer above the fold so it always shows. You don't need to apologise for earning from your efforts so no need to be tricky just make sure the reader knows that an affiliate payment is at no cost to them.

Hey thanks a lot!

there are templates you can access online
with some creative editing you can adapt one to suit your site

You too Robert, thanks!!

Did you get anything that will suit you as a Disclaimer?

Yes I did actually. I found a disclaimer plugin thru WordPress, that I found to be rather useful. I hope it works for me, when it comes down to me getting approved to advertise thru google ads. Thanks for responding to my question, and offering your useful knowledge.
