Email Problems
What a day, spent the day trying to figure out why I am not receiving any emails from Wealthy Affiliate and I am no further ahead than I was this morning. So either those emails are somewhere in cyberspace or another dimension. I will not be able to respond until I get this fixed. On the upside did manage to complete post and started another.

I had the same problem, Harvey. No Wealthy Affiliate notifications coming to my yahoo email at all. My solution was to switch to my gmail account and I'm getting everything now.
I hope you find the solution to your email dilemma too.
All the best,
Sue
Thanks Sue, after a day back and forth with Site Support and my mail server provider, everything seems to be back to order. Still do not know what a caused it, but everything is back to normal.
emails I set up last week were not showing in my email list. I sent a support ticket and it was fixed by the time I got up in the morning.
Harvey, hope you get that problem resolved soon! Anyway, every dis appointment is a blessing. We must make room for it although we may not care too.
Not only a blessing Louisa, but also a lesson. Amazing how many of our fellow Wealthy Affiliates have run into the same problem. It also amazes me how qualified our Site Support team really is.
Hi Harvey, I had similar problem. You should contact SiteSupport. They solved the problem with notifications for me.

Alex
Hi. I tried to contact Site Support but when I clicked that it wasn't to do with my website, the form just switched into a question and said 'the community' would answer my question. So I gave up. Should I have clicked that it did have something to do with my website in order to get their support?
Hi, I don't remember exactly what I did, but here is the image of my message to SiteSupport. I hope this might be helpful.
Regards,
Alex
Many thanks. I have solved it for now by putting in a different email address. But it's very useful to know in case it happens again.
That pretty much somes it up Alex. The mail server provider eventually changed the security settings and aloud all mail through including Junk. So now all the Wealthy Affiliate mail is ending up in the Junk, which is better than not seeing it.
That is exactly what I did, when that notice came up. It had to do with the back end of my email and as it appears it is something between the mail server provider and WA.
I had the same problem and discovered that at some point in time I hit "Spam" instead of "Delete" on my e-mail provider for a WA e-mail, and then a spam report was sent to WA effectively ending any more e-mail notifications for me.
Tell Site Support and they can see if you have a spam report holding up your notifications. It worked for me.
I had the same problem. I hadn't received any notifications for the last 24 hours. I went into my account settings and changed some of the notifications I wanted and saved them, thinking that might fix the problem, but it didn't. So an hour or so ago I changed my email address to another email address and now I am getting the notifications.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Isabella, the mail provider seem to have resolved the problem by changing the mail security concerning what happens to Junk mail.

Hey Harvey,
Keep it up, man. I can't think of a more positive attitude guy than you. I'm sure your roadblocks will clear out shortly.
Cheers,
Chris
Funny you should say that, they have. Everything is back to normal.
Hi Harvey,
See that, just a couple of good vibes and there you go. Seriously, man, glad you got past that by. Keep on keeping on and good luck.
