Viewing Website on Different Device
Hi, I was recently given another laptop as a present and logged into my website on it. Unfortunately it wasn't anything like my site on the laptop on which I designed my site, whose O/S is MS 8.1.
On my other laptop, whose O/S is MS 10, although the layout was ok, all the fonts in headers, text, sidebar, etc, were different. I originally used embedded Google fonts when I designed my website and thought that this was causing the problem, so I changed to recognized safe web fonts, using arial for headings and verdana for text, which are normally common to most O/S and browsers.
Unfortunately, things haven't changed much. H1 and h2 headers show as a sans-serif font but not arial. When I put some HTML code, <h1 style="font-family: arial;">, into h1 and h2 headers they revert to a serif font.
The text is is still sans-serif, but not verdana, the same thing happens when I generate the HTML code for verdana, it reverts to a serif font.
The page title is also a serif instead of a sans-serif font, and the sidebar recent posts and comments are semi-condensed and not easily readable.
Both laptops have Firefox as the browser, I've tried Safari on the new laptop, but still the same, although everything looks fine on my mobile device.
Below is an image of the main parts of my site. Unfortunately that is the largest I can make it, but it may give you some idea of how my site should look in other devices. If a member could look at my site in their browser to see how it looks, it would be much appreciated. the link is

Thanks you and best wishes.
