If you're on the starter membership, but planning to go premium and remain a WA member for any length of time, you should seriously consider going annual. Below is a breakdown of the three methods of WA subscription, and how you can save money.

$49 per month = $588 per year, $1.60 per day.

$359 annually = $29.90 per month, $0.98 per day.

$299 annually = $24.91 per month, $0.62 per day.

Strapped for cash? Use your credit card if you have one. Rather than pay $49 per month, use your credit card to upgrade to annual, pay $50 per month off the $359 (the extra dollar will help pay any interest charges). This will give you a surplus, depending on the interest charged, of around $200, enough to help you pay for the Black Friday deal, normally in November.

If you play your cards right (no pun intended), you may be able to do a Transfer Balance to a different credit card, where no interest is charged for a set period, giving you a surplus of $241, again, enough to help pay the $299 Black Friday Deal, which, incidentally, is locked in for as long as you remain a member of WA.

If you are already premium paying monthly, depending on the number of days left on your present monthly subscription, this will bed educted from the $359 annual subscription, and you will need to adjust the figures quoted above as necessary.

For members who reside outside the US, there's another saving: Currency Conversion charges. Most money transfer companies charge a fee fo rconverting your country's currency into US dollars. This charge is made only once, instead of twelve times, if you go annual.

As a UK resident, paying a monthly subscription would currently cost me 36 GBP monthly. By taking up the Black Friday offer this works out equivalent to 18 GBP monthly! That's a massive saving of 50%.
