I followed the link to it and there were two errors: server errors (5xx) -- my review page and submitted URL marked 'noindex' -- my privacy-policy page.

When I clicked on the errors it took me to the effected page. I clicked on learn more also. However, I am not understanding what I am reading or know how to trouble shoot it yet.


Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot it?

If you can see your review page, it may have just been that there was a server error just when their bot was checking for updates.

Did you happen to try clicking on "Validate fix" to see if Google is still having that issue?

As for your privacy policy page, it sounds like that is marked as noindex in whichever SEO plugin you are using. If that isn't deliberate on your part, you'd want to check and change that in the plugin's settings.

That is a good idea. Yes, my privacy policy page is being marked as no index in the SEO plugin because it a duplicate from WA. I guess it is ok like that for now.

I do have one question - Google generated extra characters behind my original review link with "?preview_id=814&preview_nonce=b6402ba9a1&_thumbnail_id=820&preview=true"

I can't paste the whole html here because the parser for this page does not like those parameters.

It seemed like Google added more characters to my link

My original link stopped before the question mark. I clicked into this new google link and it said "Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts." Do you what this mean by any chance?

Hard to say. With weird errors, I just normally do a search with the error message in quotes.

That usually lets you find different issues that people have had and hopefully something that leads to a solution.
