Have you ever wonder if a real silver lining exist?
You may have heard of the expression "Every cloud has a silver lining." Yes it does figuratively and visually!!! Here is an amazing picture of a silver lining that I took around 7:24pm.
How often do you notice a silver lining on a cloudy day when the sun is hiding behind a cloud?
I have never seen or even paid any attention to a silver lining until I moved to Florida. It was a breath taking moment...
This picture was taken at night with the full moon hiding behind a cloud. This was a rare occasion for me. Not often that there are cloudy nights let alone a full moon with a cloudy night. It was perfect timing. The cloud was there only for five to ten minutes and then it dissolved. I am so glad to have had the opportunity to take it.
This instance reminds me to enjoy the beauty of life and be appreciative every moment because I do not know what I will come across at any given time - like this picture.
Yes, there is a silver lining behind every cloud when you look for it...
Have you seen a silver lining lately? I love to hear from your perspective...
Thank you WA members for being my sounding board and listening to my ups and downs. Have a wonderful day and a beautiful weekend!!!

Yep, I saw one just last night picking up barbecue brisket sandwiches for me and my wife. It just so happened to be sneaking around a cloud late last night. Had to be the moon. Quite unusual but nice.
Thx for sharing,
Xav.
What an amazing picture. I use this phrase a lot but had not really thought about it in this realistic way. Funny how you can say things and know it’s meaning but not where the phrase originates from. Thank you for sharing this.

Yes! My husband and I often admire the skyscape. But we rarely take pictures, because one of the pleasures of sharing that moment of appreciation is that it’s so fleeting. We think: this beautiful scene will never repeat itself quite like this. Just take it in and smile. :)
It makes me think of the Japanese cherry blossom festival and how the arts dedicated to it often emphasise the appreciation of fleeting moments.
Thanks for a lovely post and gorgeous picture!
It's my pleasure. Thank you for your thoughtful comment. I love the appreciation of the fleeing moments.
Have a wonderful weekend.
