It looks like what you are describing seems to be name servers.
Usually, there are 2 name servers (ns1 and ns2)
can you help us restore our site? Jose just lost everything and now we have sites that are the same name #2.How do I get #1 back?
This is something that side support does very well. Since you have websites of the same name the domain must be different. Just have them restore their backup over the first website and you should be fine... But until you delete the second website you will still have two websites.
