I had an issue about the comment section. I'm actually new with this blogging stuff and end up giving feedback instead of comments. Now, I can't give more comment to get credit

Had the same problem and I'm not banned from comments. I do understand the concerns of other threads, but I'm new to all this, didn't realize there were different areas for different comments. This should be communicated at a much higher level than what I've seen, which is not at all unless you are searching it out. And how would you know...

You can make comments and give feedback. When you make comments you should only comment on the article. Basically, it's part of Kyle's paying it forward plan. You help others out by making comments about their articles because it helps us with how Google sees our site. Google likes to see comments. Comments is Not the place to tell people about any mistakes on their sites.

Site feedback is used to politely give the website owner points about their website after you have reviewed it. Tell them what is good about their site and tell them what you see as needing to be corrected, changed, removed, etc. It should always be constructive criticism given in a tactful, polite manner.

You can put in a support ticket to see what if anything you can do. Were you notified that by someone about it? If so, maybe you can ask them how you can rectify the situation.

Didn't you see in your comment history that your comments were not being approved?

I had done a large amount of comments at one time, and a couple came back as unapproved. I spoke with support and got it squared away, along with some more info on what they are looking for..

When I don't approve someone's comments it usually has been because the person is giving me feedback instead of comments. Sometimes, new WA students don't really understand the difference until someone explains it to them. That is why I send them a PM to explain to them the reason for my disapproval as a courtesy.

I have also had a few that it seems that the person is deliberately trying to put me on the spot by asking me a very difficult question that I honestly don't know the answer to. However, rather than deleting the comment or disapproving it, I take the time to research and find the answer before I reply to the comment. That way I learn something and the other person sees that I did have an answer.
