Hotjar has four analytics tools and three feedback tools.

1 - HEATMAPS
This tool is the most impressive. Heatmaps help you gain more insights into what your users want, what they care about, and what they do on your site. This is because this tool aggregates all clicks, taps, mouse movements and scrolling and visualizes them for one page within the website. The colored zones represent the clicks, taps or mouse movements of visitors. The larger and brighter these are, the more often these zones are consulted.
