Had a guy from india who wanted to try out for free, but he said it doesn't work. Says it's not available in his country. Anyone knows?

Thanks for that info Shar appreciated I didn't realize as my referral sign up a free starter created his siterubix but couldn't go further after the 7 days no he is in limbo. I have save that link for future use if required. It would be good to hear from Either Kyle or Carson all the countries that have this apart from those mentioned that way we could all know so we don't have to find out the hard way. I feel sorry for those who can't try for free and yet they need to go premium first.

I agree, the information should really be posted in all advertising for WA as to the exceptions to their memberships. I wasn't aware of this either until I read the comment post by WendyJane.
To me it about honesty and being truthful I thought that's what this place was about. I didn't realize either until this came up. I knew my referral was from India he did tell me he created a free website from here but couldn't continue after the7 days due to money, slow internet didn't mention about these other things. Now i have a possible lost sale due to this.

That is a shame. I'm sure this issue will be addressed and we hopefully get some disclaimers added to the WA links that we're putting into our sites... and if not... we as affiliates for WA should at least be taught, through the training, to post this information in our content promoting WA.

Some countries have different rules and it might not be permitted and some countries have had security issues to
Vietnam is unfortunately blacklisted where is where I just happen to be living and building my business at the moment. Think of the short term positives. You can set yourself up as an expert using WA resources and they'll (your clients) never know the difference.
joined from south africa and it seems working fine still in starter membership takes time to go through all info but been glued here for nearly 3 hours and must admit enjoy it!!!
While you are a starter membership take full advantage of the resources you have as your bonus unless you plan on going Premium within the 7 days
yeah I think India and a couple of other countries are blacklisted from starter membership.
I have a referal from India who became a starter member no problems but as he is a student doesn't have the money to go premium. plus India is known for ISP issues that's is what my referral told me a while ago. But as far as I know free starter membership is available to all countries. Maybe you could pm Kyle or Carson for that answer.

About this issue, I had already discuss with Kyle 3-4 months before. He say they must block 4 countries to join as free member in order to protect Wealthy Affiliate from lots of Spams. Those 4 countries are India, Nigeria, Philippines and Pakistan. However, people from those countries still can join WA as premium member directly.

Just made a subdomain and want to be able to see how much traffic I get..
You will need to install your GA code for your main domain also into your subdomain. All domains, whether they are subdomain or Top Level Domain, are individual entities and can be different websites. Every website needs analytics code.
If the subdomain is part of the top level domain, you install the same GA code. If it is a different website, you install a new GA code.
