My Stas page is about 10 days behind and new connections are not being notified for the same amount of days.
It appears to be decreasing daily
Which stats are you referring to? Please clarify here Peter and we will look into this for you. If you can provide screenshots as well, that would be helpful. :)
Like magic, they were updated today and are now current.
The front page now matches the stats page.

If I downgrade from Premium + to premium do I keep my grandfathered 50 websites
The price list in the banners says so but the billing does not

No you will lose that as you are changing your membership it happen to me as well. So if at some stage you downgrade to premium then upgrade back to plus you will only have 10 sites to host rather than the 50 you currently have with your grandfathered membership
