Here we look at Why would you write a failure resume?

We celebrate the good things and the winning games and write a great job resume

What about the things that don’t go so right.

Working with our failures help us to grow in self understanding and understanding
why and what we can do about it

Now for the why did we fail?

List out two or three reasons why things did not pan out the way you wanted.

Be realistic but specific on what we should have done better.

We are not making generalized statements about our failures but a real
look at just what occurred and how we could do it better next time.

Too little preparation, not enough attention to detail, rushed or underdone work.

Then you can make sure you don’t create the same mistakes next time around .

One great idea is to be brave enough to share your mistakes with others so that you
really visualize them and try not to repeat them over..

Don’t just castigate your self, list out your successes first.

Be honest about what went wrong and be specific.

Focus on why things went wrong but don’t make negative statements about yourself.

I have had an interesting day looking at my short comings and fixing some of the issues
so that my resume will be a little shorter next time.
