AI or genuine content, your call
I was in a conversation with a couple of bloggers at Wealthy Affiliate about original content, If I write something now I generally get it veted by AI to add that professional touch, however most is written by AI under carefull instructions from me. In fairness Roy was talking about telling your story, the good, the bad and the ugly among the captive members audience so we see the real you.
This got me thinking, at that 2am time when everything is crystal clear and I started this blog in my head.
It took me to the things we give up, for instance there is no way I would buy a Manual car when Automatic is so much better ( many will disagree ) but car air conditioning is better than two windows down. My right arm is sun damaged from resting it on the window sill of the car.
Remember the road maps we had to renew every year and call on the navigator to give you directions.
I usually drove with a cigarette hanging from the corner of my mouth and we measured distance in the number of beers we could drink. ( it's a big country)
We covered the Loverly fake leather seats in clear palstic to keep it looking good.
Then every month was a time for an Oil change ( only the oldies will remember that ) now it is up to two years.
Then along came Google, this will never make it because it is all free we said and we echoed that with a crazy bookseller called Amazon.
What do those High school kids get up to on that new thing called Facebook, another passing fad.
Hey I liked the idea of Electric cars and had many conversations with Nay sayers calling it a gymic, now every car manufacturer is pushing out Electric, just a few years back but a pipe dream.
I think I missed mentioning the smart phone that changed all our lives and something called BlueTooth that connects by magic.
I am sure you will add to this list but my premise is that AI aint going anywhere but up. So learn to manage it and have it work for you telling your personal stories the way they should be told.

See the article about the invention of the AI robot that is being mimicked to hold 9 month term babies?
Tks Peter - I completely agree; but there is going to be a learning curve on the use of AI. Those who can personalize the experience will be more successful. I am not sure what the AI equivalent of Fluffy Dice dangling from your rear view mirror is - but I am sure w w will find out in the near future. 😂
Well said, I am slowly discovering that AI is very good at channeling our story and perspective when given the key information

Peter, I so agree with you about automatic cars! And at the moment electric ones still seem to me just for the privileged few - just as AI seemed to me 'just for my grandchildren's generation' less than a year ago.
Yes, AI is here to stay and we need to learn to use it the right way - just as, in just a few years, we'll all need to drive electric cars - at least here in the UK.
So let's still use our own brains and use AI to enhance what we do, just as you do with your writing.
