I Know Exactly What To Do
The Rant
One day, I was talking to a friend of mine about our plight. About how much talent , skills and knowledge we have, yet so little to show for it. He then went on a rant about how we deserve so much more, because we have been at it for so long and years of experience and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. FInally, I stopped him.
The Five-A-Day Rule
I said, I don't know about you., but I don't deserve to be any better off than I am right now. I know exactly what to do and if I were to be completely honest with myself, I haven't done any of those things. I have the solution pinned on my wall and I read it every day. It's called "The Five-A-Day Rule for Getting Clients".
Maybe I should write, "The Surefire Rules to Forgetting Clients". Because that's what I've really been doing. Every day I promise myself - Today's the day I'm going to start doing The Five-A-Day Rule!
And then I watch a little TV before getting started. Then I find something else to do. I check my email. I check my Facebook page. Respond to a few posts. Phone a friend. Raid the fridge. Cook somerthing.
Action - The Not-So Secret Sauce
I told my friend, "I don't know about you, but I can't complain about my situation, because If I did, I'd be a hypocrite."
"I know exactly why I'm not we aren't rock stars. I know exactly why we're not millionaires. Speaking only for myself... it's because I haven't done a damned thing to achieve those goals".
Suddenly the phone line got very quiet. I think were both a little blown away impacted by my little speech. How about you? Have you come joined WA, and upon finding all of this amazing training, said to yourself, "I'll start the Certification Training or Affiliate Bootcamp - TOMORROW?
It's Your Move
Enough said. If you can see yourself in any or all of this post, I just have one question.
What are you going to do about it?

Dang Man! I go to church to get beat up! No really, this might be one of the best blogs I have seen at WA, and there certainly are some good ones. THANKS!!
Thank you, Howard. I like to think my posts are pretty good, but never expected such high praise as this.
There are templates out there addressed to marketing managers that can hasten the process Hal. Great incentive!
Yep! And there are probably many card-carrying members of the Procrastinators Club right here in WA.
