Can we go premium once or multiple times?

I really want to go on with WA and I really want to go premium, but then only for the first month, this is because I'm 16 so I make about 50-70 euro a month and if i pay 49 dollars per month for WA I don't think that's worth it right now.
But if i go premium for the first month and after that month I stop, can i go premium again after a few months or a year or can we go premium ones and if you stop, never again?
