My comments are not showing as feedback credits, what can I do?

Comments and Feedback are two separate actions. Which one are you referring to?
If you are leaving feedback, then if the system accepts your feedback is of sufficient length, you receive your Feedback credit immediately.
If you are leaving Comments, then again the system will validate your comments first. If that is OK, later your comments will be submitted to the person requesting comments.
Only when and if the requester accepts your comments will you receive your credit. If the requester disapproves your comments, then your comments are rejected, and you receive no credit.
