What's the best way I could use 15 - 30 mins a day on the program. I would like to do more but I have a business.
I have the same issue just like the other comment take one step at a time. I do shift work so I work around my job, work on it 1 hour a day and you will get through. Remember the more you work hard on it the more you get closer to your dreams.
