Yes, you can redirect your site to the required URL /site from the site domain.
Please refer to the below steps:
Login to WA Dashboard >> Select Websites >> Go to the site domains >> >>Select domain >> Go to the setting >> Click On redirect >> Put your redirection URL >> Save it.
If issue persists, I would ask Site Support to have it checked for me.
