Hey, Ron. That's really awful. I'm so sorry to hear about the fire. When I think about all the important documents, manuscripts, family photo albums etc that I keep on computers and USBs, I realize that these things are far more than just little devices for checking our e-mails.
I'm not sure whether or not this will help you with your situation but if it's a matter of having lost the usenames and passwords to log into all the sites that you used to manage, many sites have an option that you can click on if you forget your password. If you click on this option, you'll usually receive an e-mail with a link that will give you your username details and allow you to set a new password.
Again, I don't know if that's what you need or not but if it's just a matter of being unable to log in, you should definitely give that a try.

Hamish I do appreciate you getting back to me so soon, yes I think that we put way too much trust in our computers you don't realize just how much information you store on your computers until you lose it and unable to retrieve it (external hard drives were lost also).
I have the passwords I'm just not that familiar with the wealthy affiliate program at this point however I've searched online without any results what I was hoping for is there may be archives or someplace else I can look within the wealthy affiliate program.
