I wanted to add Kyle's review to my review, to show his commitment to help other and how he extends his business for free. I cannot find a link. I was thinking of a few screens
Screen shots sound good, there was a lesson in the first course of bootcamp I think about doing this, Ive just finished the first 10 lessons and Im sure its there. I didnt realise we could use material from WA on our WA site until I did that lesson. :) Hope youre having a good day!
Which review are you referring to? You never want to have duplicate content on your website, but you can take a screenshot if you want to show a particular situation where I was helping someone out (to show on your website).
Just make sure that all the content that you add to your website is unique, if you start adding duplicate content to your website it could adversely impact your rankings.

I would like to move the order of my blogs, so certain ones that are older can be seen on my profile. Is there any way to change the order?
Yes, Bob is right, this is what I do to prioritise mine. I have three that are sticky, they then stay at the top all the time, I can sub categories my blogs after this.
You can designate a blog posts as a "sticky" post (in the publishing options section). Doing this will cause the post to be "stuck" at the top of your blog roll with newer posts getting inserted under it.
[added]
I'm not sure what would happen if you attempt to designate multiple posts as "sticky". I've never tried doing that.

I have a link to support my page, but when you click on it, it goes to that page without going to a new tab, how can I fix this?
When you create your link there is a little box to check. The box says, "Open New Page" so if that box is checked the original jumping off page will remain open and the new page to where the link directs will open as well.
If the box remains unchecked the clicking the link will result in the new page open and you would have to hit the "back button" to get back to the jumping off page.
Hope this helps

Can someone give me info on how to fix the issue of when leaving a comment an error shows up about java script and cookies are enabled in your browser. Is it the commentors fix
Summary: It's a problem with the site. There's a bad file permission setting for one of the WP-SpamShield files in the cases I tested. This may be due to a bad installation, conflicting plugins, or a situation where either WordPress OR the WP-SpamShield plugin was not updated and kept in sync with the other.
----------------------
I just went through thorough testing on this with someone else who also was quite frustrated with this error.
The file permission problem occurred in all of the sample sites the WA member gave me. The insufficient file permission setting affected one of the WP-SpamShield files (specifically jscripts.php); which gave a 403 Forbidden response, when the site tried to download it with other plugin and theme files.
In these particular test cases that was the problem which then triggered the generic "JavaScript and Cookie" errors to visitors—of course seeming to blame it on the visitor. lol. not!
BTW: Since it is an embedded file, downloaded in the network stack, you wouldn't see this 403 Forbidden server side "response error" without developer tools.
The file permission problem could be from a faulty installation, or it could be possible that the site owner has two plugins covering spam comments and they don't play well. Alternatively, it might be that they have not upgraded either their WordPress OR their Plugin and that one or the other now has incompatible code with the newer one. WordPress just recently upgraded to 4.5.3 (a security patch, so very important). Several of my plugins, including WP-SpamShield also upgraded recently, possibly to sync with the new WP version. If someone upgraded one without the other, then it could conceivably create a problem like this.
----------------------
Hope that helps clarify. By the way, let me be clear it's not the upgrade that is the problem. I upgraded all of my sites and plugins as soon as WP 4.5.3 came out. Comments sail through. But it could be _not_ upgrading; or upgrading WP without upgrading plugins that gave notice, or vice versa; or some conflict with a similar plugin, as mentioned. A reinstallation of WP-SpamShield might fix it.
:)

p.s. A little off-topic, Carson's new blog seems to indicate that with the new SiteSecurity function WA is providing, we don't really need WP-SpamShield any more.
Im having the same javascript error page. I run the songwriter theme. Can I deactivate the wp span shield with my setup? What will be the downside of doing this? More spam?
Michael with the new security measures added to the WA hosting platform the wp spam shield is no longer needed unless you are getting your contact form 7 from it.

I currently have this problem on my site, I have enabled java on my browser (chrome) and so have my visitors who have informed me, but everyone still gets the same message....... Apparently a lot of sites are starting to get this problem, could this be a WP problem ?
Troy you might want to try deactivating the WP spam shield plugin. It is no longer needed on the WA platform with the new security update. That is if you are not generating your contact form from it.
Tim
Thanks Tim, I have solved the mystery now, it was post type switcher causing the problem ...... I do use WP spam shield for my forms unfortunately ...... does the new WA platform eliminate the need for any anti-spam plugins overall ?
Troy
Typically..... this is on the commentors side. Their browser is block the Javascript program from automatically downloading and being used. They have their security settings too high.

Awesome, it will help so many. I see people who tell others about the issue but never look for a fix. Your work will help and save so much time for others. Thank you!!!
Hello PjGermain, I tried to do the way you said but I find that allow the cookie run is allowed but still I get the error message.

My home page only has posts, is there any way to have permanent content above posts or on sidebar without changing my theme?
Assign your home page as a static page. Enter your content and your blog roll should show below your content.
