I would stay away from that - could be a potential problem. Besides if folks see buy YouTube products and it's not a YouTube owned site you are kind of selling under false pretense. Also, they may just decide to go to YouTube instead.

Can I use "youtube" in my domain name or will I get sued?

Probably a bad long term strategy to have brand names in your domain like that. Some people get away with it, but they could easily make you take it down some time in the future.
