I have never used that exact plugin. You might check out other premium page builders before you purchase this one. $99 is quite an investment starting out.

I have their e-mail and also the cell phone numbers.

You refer people basically through your WA link. Type it in your emails or on facebook when you post comments or you can just make some business cards with your link on it. People join through your link and you get the credit, post them on your website content pages too.
You can click on each of them within WA where your links and banners are and see where they go, but the one that goes to the WA sign up page is the main one.

With premium WA provides the hosting for 25 websites but you have to buy the domain name.
When you buy a domain you own it and if you choose to leave WA you can host it somewhere else.
It is like owning your own piece of real estate on the web.
As a premium member you can have up to 25 free siterubix websites and 25 paid domain websites.
