What happened with my WA rank?
I was shocked when I fired up my computer yesterday, only to find out that my WA rank went from 347 to 1731 !!!! I wasn't able to do any work for a week due to a death in the family and other issues. I wasn't expecting for my rank to fall that much. Did that happen to anyone else? Soon I am planning another trip (I have a travel/travel accessory website) and now I am scared to find out what's going to happen to my rank whenever I go on trips, and unable to work on my site. Do you have any suggestions or comments for me?

It's the new Ranking System Criteria Grace that hit yesterday 3:15pm EST. Some have even dropped thousands of points precipitously into oblivion.
You should write how you feel about this change. Did it bother or shock you? Many members are. How did you feel when the new rankings suddenly hit?
It has happened to me as well I was ranked 403 yesterday morning but couldn't finish my lessons because I had other things to do, today I checked and found I have moved to 498 and I was a bit shocked.
Hope things get better and we will have a good explanation.

Yes Grace Ambassador Ranking 2017 Update: Pay-it-forward! explains it all. Kyle has had in mind tightening the requirements to do ranking addition and other fluff for almost a year now. You'll be fine.
Ensure you follow all the training, raise questions to show and teach your awareness. Answer questions in all forums and get to the point where you conduct trainings of your own is a cookbook abridgement to deal with the new era!
Hi Michael, I don't have any problems with doing what you suggested. My only issue is when I don't have access to the internet during my trips or other situations out of my control arise, then my ranking will fall drastically with no fault of my own.
Hopefully Kyle will building the same resiliency as before Grace to allow for reasonable absences!
Michael, thanks so much for giving insight into the change. People who follow their ranking closely do not like sudden changes in the wrong direction.

My suggestion is not to worry about the rank. It has nothing to do with your online success. Just keep engaging as you always do. If you can answer a question or help someone....great. If not, enjoy your travels and developing your site. All the best. Debbie

Yes, I am not going to lie. I was upset. My goal was to reach 200 by September and now I can only dream about it.
