Spam Plug-in's Not Needed
Hello folks! This is nothing new, but, just a reminder. I'm still going to some websites using Captcha. I'm finding this to be mostly the new members and I'm writing this in hopes it will show to any of my followers that still have them installed. Since Kyle and Carson have installed the SiteProtect in all our websites, the spam protection is now automatically built in. Now, no one needs to install any plug-ins for spam protection, even if a lesson suggests. This also includes Captcha.
Better Load Time
One big plus on deactivating your spam plug-ins is the improvement of your load in time of your website. The faster your load in, the better Google likes it, and your visitors! Plus, this will give you room if there is a different plug-in you've been wanting to try without bogging down your site.
So, in summary, if you have your own spam protection installed, clean up your site, deactivate your unneeded plugins and keep writing that content!

We are definitely doing a lot of things behind the scenes that not only replace these plugins, but the technology we have built goes far beyond things that can even be done through a plugin (as they are done on a server level.
Here was the official announcement of our SiteProtect platform: SiteProtect - Spam Blocking Measures Added to Your Websites!
Thanks, for the reminder Grant. I do look at that every so often and think am I supposed to?????? God Bless s
Agreed. But I have also found that some people will always have that as it gives them that "just in case" safety feeling. And others just like the look of the captcha lol. But i do agree.
