Don't Downplay Your Dreams!
As an online marketer, are you proud of what you do? Do you freely explain to friends or family what it is you exactly do and that you truly are passionate about it? Do you tell them your goals? What you plan to make of yourself through this journey, why you're doing it, and what financial level you expect to be for the short and long term. OR...do you change the subject if it comes up. Or say you're just dabbling and don't really expect much out of it but it's fun. Do you downplay the whole business of affiliate or online marketing as a pass time.
I know those who do the latter. And, you know, they are right. If that's what they're telling friends and family, that's what they're doing, then that's what it'll be. There is no passion. There will be no success. This is my belief, anyway. You may not agree.
But, the point is this. Especially, if you are truly passionate about this, and this is what you want to succeed with financially. If you have goals, no matter how high they are, they are YOUR goals... YOUR dreams. Don't let ANYONE take them away from you.
And by no means, don't beat around the bush, or hum-haw around when asked about what it is you do. And don't "water it down" to coin a phrase by David Sharpe. Just because someone doesn't believe in the same thing you do, or believe you can do it, it's because they don't believe they could ever do it, (or have the guts to even try)thus, it's a scam, or not real, or crazy idea and you're stupid for going for it.
So, DON'T downplay YOUR dreams because someone else has none. Stand your ground, be proud of what you do, shout it to the mountaintops and someday, those same people will be knocking on your door wanting you to help them get to the point where you are...a Success!

Great message, I think the embarrassing issue sometimes comes from all the other systems we have gone after in the past, The friends and relatives have seen what we have done they remember this is the one, only to see us fail. But we know that was just one of the ways we have eliminated. I have noticed people play down the enthusiasm and joy we get from having goals and sense of adventure.
As you say we are truly passionate about what we do because we believe and see the opportunity that WA has given us.
Was just reading a book about this. It's very true. If you don't believe in it enough to talk about with passion then the chances are you won't get that far.
