Celebrate All Your Successes
We've been talking a bit about mindset lately. It is key to all that you do. I've mentioned how you should embrace failure, also. If you're not failing, then you're not working very hard.
Today, let's talk about your successes. You need to celebrate them. All of them. No matter how small. Believe it or not, there are reasons why you should.
!. When you celebrate a success, it helps you learn and adapt. You'll reflect on what you did to accomplish that success. What steps did you take that brought you that success. What can you take away from this success that you can impliment again and again to create more.
2. Motivation. Motivation is connected to mindset. If you celebrate a success, it motivates you to do it again. Even small successes. You are motivated because you know you can succeed, so you're pumped to try it again.
3. Developing a Success Mindset. Success has a lot to do with your state of mind. By celebrating a success, you are cultivating your success mindset. Celebrate success, you increase your success mindset which in turns makes the next success easier. if you want to celebrate more, maybe break your goals down into mini-goals, so you'll have more successes to celebrate. Program that success mindset!
4. Just plain ole' feeling good. What's wrong with feeling good? Celebrate each success and it makes you feel good about yourself. You feel good about your business. You just feel good, which goes a long way!
5. By celebrating your success you are sharing your success which helps motivate others. It gives others affirmation that it can be done. In my case, if they're looking at one of my successes, they're thinking, "If this old guy can succeed, i KNOW I can!". So, share your successes by celebrating them.
You'll find, the more you do this, the more successes you'll have. The better you'll feel about yourself and your business. The more confident you'll become which brings you to what?

Hi Grant, yes we certainly do need to celebrate our successes, there our times I am guilty of embracing my mistakes. Thai is so negative, almost like dropping an anchor to success.
