My website is not getting noticed at all by google

Time and quality content are the two largest factors and as Jovo has said continue through the lessons!
I hope you have followed lessons by Kyle on how to connect with Google Webmaster tool. If so, your pages are indexed. When you say 'noticed' I hope it is not 'indexed'. If you mean ranked, then this applies only to specific pages and posts, so search by keyword you used to build them. Follow the rules to get ranking, there are many, have a look here:

How can I get noticed the fastest way by goolge?
My website is not getting noticed at all by google

This is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes time and work. Follow the lessons and give Google time to notice you. Remember you'll be competing with authority sites that are already ranked. You'll need lots of quality content on your website and that does take time to write. Can you write 2-3 posts each week? Consistently for 52 weeks? Are you knowledgeable and passionate about your niche? If not then reconsider your choice of niche. ~Marion

When people search for my website they're not getting it.
Had the same problem when I first joined, best to have a .com address and then everything worked fine.
What is your website? Why would anyone search for it? What search term would they use to find it? As welook says, you don't have a site listed.
I've been working on my site at : newwayaffiliates.siterubix.com
why can't people find it when they input that address into their search bar
Works perfectly for me. How are you sending it to them? Betcha they're not doing the "ww" if they are typing it.
Maybe you are referring to your Wealthy Affiliate link. If that is the case, click the WA Affiliate Program button on the left or the little airplane on top of your homepage. From there you can get your WA link to post or share to others. I hope this is the one you're looking for.

what is the URL address? I looked at your profile and did not see a website listed. So are you on WA sites or some other?
