Can't make a payment
I need help, I can't seem to make my payment to premium via paypal without it requesting my credit or debit. I only have funds on paypal and I would really like to upgrade to premium so I can get into level 2 of my training. Suggestions on how to go about it?

If after you finish the tasks on your side to get the funds into Paypal and you still have problems after that, let us know.

A way to go around this is to purchase WA credits with your PayPal account and then pay your monthly fee with the WA credits. That is the way I do it. 🙂 Carson is the one that gave me this method and it works!
What happens is that PayPal will not let you use your "current balance" for recurring payments and that's why it's asking for your credit or debit card.
You go and click on the "$" up on the top menu and click on credits from that menu (they are sold in $10 multiple) then you use these credits to purchase your membership. To do that you have to go back to your profile and set it up there... You can ask site support if you need help they could probably transfer the credits for you if you are not familiar with the platform.

Hi - you are signing up for a recurring, automatic monthly subscription, not just a one-off payment. You probably need your PayPal account to be connected to a bank account to be able to proceed so that your monthly payments can be collected.
