Can i get help on how to insert a link with text in the page or referencing and whether is possible if not yet indexed?
It has nothing to do with indexing. To get indexed, you wlll need to get your All in one SEO plugin set up when you get to that lesson and be sure to activate your sitemap.

Nice advice but i have been following tasks carefully with plugin all is executed, but only my links where the one falling to respond though tried different Technics. Thanks a lot, point taken.
Can you type in the link here with extra spaces in it so I can take a look, or if it is on your site and you point me in that direction I can look at the code to see what the issue might be.
Or, if you know how to use Firebug and/or how to take a screenshot of the link code and post that, I can look at it that way.
