So I can cancel now, and it'll cover me all the way until it's scheduled renewal (NOV). Which then it would just cancel, correct?
Yes, you should be able to cancel now and still have access until your expiration date. You can see your current expiration date by clicking on your profile image in the upper-left here and selecting Account Settings. Once there click on Membership.
