My website has nothing on the bottom of my pages to leave comments please help

You can also try to create a page and in the editor on the right side establish its format to be a Post page and at least in my theme it automatically made available the comments area on that page
Make sure you post or page it set to allow comments. Go back to your list of pages/post. Hover your mouse over the title of your post/page. A "quick edit" link should show up. Click on it to see if the allow comments is checked.
