It is an EVERGREEN niche and even though you are not feeling comfortable, just yet to write about it, you still can start with your own experience.
People love to hear from other people what has worked for them to improve themselves and their lives.
So, if you can start writing about yourself and how you started to seek help for self-improvement etc and what you did and how you got there etc. you can see how I am starting in narrowing it down.
If you are starting with yourself and on the side perhaps read a bit more about the subject matter, search google and read other website articles, you can become an authority very quick.
Believe in yourself and just do it :)

It’s a fantastic evergreen niche. Loads of products to promote and you can put the things you learn in to practice in your own life. That’s a big plus at the beginning before you are making any real money (you are still reaping the rewards of your efforts).
