I am a retired commercial mortgage broker. I discovered WA while researching a 2nd career. My wonderful hubby of over 30 yrs told me to find something I could enjoy that would not seem like a grind....so here I am. I love to write, and may eventually tackle that book I have inside me. In the meanwhile, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.

Great goals, look very manageable. Keep to the time you want to invest and you will see success in the future. I've been here for just under 2 months and I am so much further than I could have thought back when I starter.
So keep motivated and keep working.
You will get there

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.
