Here's An Acronym For Success!

Acronyms are words (like SCUBA - Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus) or initials, like FBI or CIA, which we all know the meaning of.

Before I post about an acronym for success, I'd first like to extend...

Congrats To All The Super Affiliates Who Made It To Vegas!

I've been enjoying reading their posts. They are inspiring and motivating! I'm happy for each one of them, and I am planning on joining them next year.

I was reading a book called "The Portable Pep Talk," and came across a page called "ABCs

To Achieve Your Dreams." It's on page 18, by the way, which means absolutely nothing to this post.

Anyway, I was impressed by the list, so I thought I'd do a little research and googled the name of the page, ABCs to achieve your dreams. Up popped almost exactly the same list.

I don't know if Alexander Lockhart stole the list from Chris and Dan, who have the web page, or if it's the other way around, or if they both stole it from someone else.

I was going to use it in a post, but was concerned about duplicate content, so I got around it by inventing an acronym, or a short phrase, that I could use for motivation for myself and also write a post about.

Drum roll, please.

My acronym is "A NEW SUCCESS FOR YOU!"

Here are what each letter represents:

Avoid negative thoughts, negative people, and negative habits.

Never quit, never give up.

Enjoy life's journey now. Yesterday is done, tomorrow is future.

Waste not your time or opportunities. Don't procrastinate.

Smile a lot. Keep a positive attitude.

Understand yourself and your capabilities.

Consider things from every angle

Call on your inner strengths

Educate yourself. Never stop learning.

Slow down and do it right

Seek help from those who have been there before you.

Family is a precious gift. So are friends. Treasure them.

Open your eyes to the possibilities

Reflect on your progress. Resolve to do better.

You are a unique creation of a loving God. Respect yourself.

Opportunities are all around you. Watch for them.

Use what you learn. Take action.

We All Want Inspiration To Succeed.

A NEW SUCCESS FOR YOU might sound a little wooden. I thought of doing A NEW SUCCESS FOR ME, but decided to stick with my first idea, mainly because I was having trouble coming up with a third way to use the letter "E."

Maybe you can come up with a good idea for the "E."
