My experience at Wealthy Affiliate - week 23 part 1
If I were to give each of my weekly updates a title, I would have to call this 'And the seventh day was a day of rest'. Nothing to do with religion, but rather to what I made of yesterday. Even on my laziest of weeks (and I have had quite a few lately) I always pick up my tablet or laptop to do something or other here on WA or relating to my online business. But yesterday I was sooooo tired that I had to walk away from it all. I guess we may be allowed to have such days one in a blue moon.
My week last week
Nevertheless my week last week was not lazy at all. I didn't manage to beat my recent record, as I only managed to post the usual 2 posts. But I progressed on the Bootcamp front and, most importantly, I went through quite a few training sessions posted by WA members. These sessions are as valuable as Kyle's ones or Jay's webinars!
And I managed to be a little bit more involved with this wonderful community.
So much to do
I remember last year, my first year here, I kept feeling overwhelmed by the amount of information - a feeling that is common to all new members for the first few months. I no longer feel overwhelmed, yet I am aware that I still have so much to do and learn to make my sites more appeasing.
My to do list
As some of you may be aware, general parliamentary elections are held in UK this week. And on Thursday I shall be working at a local polling station all day. This will be followed by the wedding of one of our nephews on Friday. Which means that I am not expecting to be as proactive as I would like this week.
However, I would still love to be able to publish a couple of posts.
The proof of the pudding of course will be this time next week, when you will find out for yourselves whether I managed to stick to my weekly plan.
In the meantime, I wish you all a serene and productive week. I hope these regular updates help some of you, especially the one members that recently join us, to accept that, so long as we put the hard work into this business, sometimes we have to accept our limitations in terms of time frame and deadlines. It has times I stayed on breaks for days, sometimes a week or two, not healthy for your business. It takes a while to catch up, especially here at Wealthy Affiliate where there are important training posted daily.
I just might recruit someone to help me when I do decide to go on these breaks, any suggestion would be appreciated. thank you for posting, Giulia.

Some people actually do hire people to write posts. I expect that would leave more time to 'do other things'...
It will all be here when you have the time. I've been here a few months but I still consider myself new because I still have not finished a course yet. Sometimes it's frustrating because I see what others have accomplished but I inch along each day at my own pace...learning something new each day and having a ball. Thanks for sharing your experiences. Debbie
Compared to just a few weeks ago you are doing fine now. Or am I wrong?
Thanks for sharing this with us, Giulia!
Yes, you are right Eric, even if I may say so myself. So long as I can keep up with this rhythm. Which is what I'm aiming to :)
Well, they may be boring for the viewers, but it's my way of becoming more accountable in terms of quantity as well as quality :)
